Our Methods
Sanitising Solutions only uses the latest OZONE technology to ensure zero impact on the environment, by using NO chemicals and achieving maximum results.
How Does OZONE work?
While ozone is very powerful, it has a very short life cycle. When contaminants such as odours, bacteria or viruses make contact with ozone, they are destroyed completely by oxidation. In so doing, that extra atom of oxygen is consumed and there is nothing left....NO Odour.....NO Bacteria....NO Viruses......NO Mould........NO extra atom, only oxygen. Ozone reverts back to oxygen after it is used.
-
We use the Ozone Sanitiser system, a new singlet core technology that is the only commercially available machine that generates high ozone concentration under high humidity conditions - essentially for disinfection.
-
Far superior to UV which can only treat surfaces visible to the source of the UV bulb. Biological contamination is generally found on surfaces inside the room and in the air - using ozone gas allows these surfaces to be reached and adequately disinfected.
The Ozone sanitiser system used is mobile and easy to use. This allows us to access all rooms. This robust, computer-controlled and automatic system is characterised by high safety standards. The system incorporates OZONE's unique ADA system, a double-stage operating cycle that creates ozone and subsequently removes it, allowing the immediate reoccupation of the treated spaces. The Ozone sanitiser will not harm the following;
-
Personal computers
-
Furniture
-
Telephone systems
-
Fabrics
-
Paintings
-
This means that the allocated room will need very little preparation.
Application Process
The Ozone Sanitiser application process requires first removing people, pets, plants and items containing natural rubber from enclosed areas. The Ozone Sanitiser operation is then achieved by using a built-in digital keypad to select the room size and treatment time up to 50 hours. When the Ozone Sanitiser is turned on, a flashing yellow light gives the operator one-minute warning to leave the room before ozone generation begins. When Ozone generation starts, the buzzer sounds 10 blasts. When treatment has been completed including the ozone deactivation cycle, the Ozone sanitiser buzzer sounds again and the flashing light goes off. The deactivation cycle has removed the residual ozone and the area may immediately be re-occupied.
Application Time
Small room (<30m3) - 15 minutes
Medium room (30-60m3) - 30 minutes
Large room (60-120m3) - 60 minutes
X-Large room (>120m3) - 300 minutes
Room time can be varied if needed
